I'm Fat.

Yes.. It's true.. I'm fat. 
I need to lose weight. I ordered 30 Day Shred a few weeks ago and I popped it in this week. I did day 2 today (with Mister Studly!) and I really feel it. My stomach muscles are burning!!! I sneezed earlier and thought I was going to die from the burn in my lower abdomen. 

Anyways, I'm excited to be working out again and I like the DVD so far. It's only been 2 days but still, I'm looking forward to seeing my results. I also like how it gives me energy. I've been doing it in the morning and I feel really good the rest of the day. 

I'm thinking I'll do this one for 30 days and then change it up with another work out video. Since I live in the snow now, I don't really have a whole lot of outdoor activities available to get some exercise at this time of year. 

Do any of you have any recommendations for DVD's that I can use to help de-fat-i-fy myself??
I want the most bang for my buck. 30 minutes or so is about all the time I have.

I like the Biggest Loser DVD's.

My husband and I are in the second week of Power 90. It is like the more recent and more popular P90X, but not quite so intense.
